Founded in 1998, Douglass Consulting provides expertise to clients with all facets of land use and environmental planning. We provide environmental compliance and permitting services for a wide range of environmental codes, including NEPA, SEPA, Clean Water Act, National Historic Preservation Act, as well as Washington State and local agency codes and ordinances. We bring a team of experienced consultants throughout the northwest to provide a wide range of additional services, including wetland and stream design; cultural resource assessments; landscape architecture; parks planning; and fluvial geomorphology. Douglass Consulting has completed major projects in Washington, California, and Oregon. Clients include federal, state, and local agencies, Native American Nations, as well as special districts, engineering and environmental consulting firms, and private developers.
